Healthy and Refreshing Smoothie

✅ Ready in 5 minutes

✅ Creamy, fruity & packed with nutrients

Ingredients:
🔸 1 frozen banana
🔸 ½ cup frozen berries (any mix you like)
🔸 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
🔸 1 tbsp chia seeds
🔸 A handful of spinach (you won’t even taste it!)
🔸 Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions:
️1. Add everything to a blender: banana, berries, milk, chia seeds, and spinach.
️2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, just add a splash more milk.
️3. Pour into your favorite glass, top with a few berries or chia seeds if you like.
️4. Sip and enjoy! It’s fresh, it’s healthy, and it’s seriously delicious. 😋
